Dear Adobe. (yes, I am frustrated and angry)
I have been sitting in my hotel room in Rome for hours, trying to do the simplest of downloads, namely the Photoshop Elements 12.
Well, the download failed, of course, due to the session being divided into two periods of time.
But after two hours, the download assistant on my macbook air has locked itself in "unpacking", and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant.
Now it only sits there, giving me the message "unpacking - this may take som time". You are damn right it takes time. Nothing happens, and I am not able to restart the download, because the assistant, even though reinstalled, receives Adobe information that says it has to unpack. But the package is damaged, and there is nothing I can do.
So thank you, Adobe, for unabling my macbook Air to ever run Photoshop, how am I going to get through the photographic workshop here in Rome without Photoshop
You tell me, and please tell me fast. Because the only option is now buying a new computer
