I am trying to upload my music to the Amazon Music Library and when I try to download the Music Importer, I get the following message: "The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author." I have rebooted
my computer, uninstalled Adobe Air and reinstalled it. I still get the same error message.
P.S. - I have also tried to chat with Adobe customer support and they sent me here after I'd already posted my problem. Thanks for nothing, CS Chat Employee. (And this is the second time I've posted this issue. The first one was withdrawn with no answer. Seriously?)
Also, I opened IE and tried downloading the Music Importer there instead of in Chrome to see if that was the issue. I received an error that Flash needed to be updated (that I did not receive in Chrome), updated it, then tried to download the Amazon Music Importer. Got the same message that I received above therefore eliminating the idea that it was something with the browser.
