I cannot install Adobe Air into my Samsung Tab3. I get error code "-24"

I need Adobe Air on my Samsung Tab3 tablet to run vital programs.  I cannot install the app -- I get error code "-24".  Many others are reporting the same issue.  Is there a fix for this, or is one coming?  I will have to change devices if not Image may be NSFW.
