I have downloaded the installer 
but when I click on it all I get is this error message
however the link it says to download it from is the place where I originally downloaded it from but still this message appers and wont let me install the programme, sooooo anooying. I tried to talk to someone on support chat but they couldnt help me and said to call the helpline!! please please if anyone can help me I would much appreciate it!!!
