am not good with techinal situations on a computer i had adobe

flash player installed on my computer and i was removing programs off of my sons computer to speed it up and i accidentilly removed the adobe flash player, and now my son cant watch any youtube videos or ANY other type of videos or movies on his computer, when he trys to watch a video on youtube it says "you need to upgrade or download (dont remember witch one) so everytime i try to download the adobe flash player it fails it fails, ive spent hours and hours trying to fix this problem, cold someone please help me and my son out, yor time and input are greatly apprecated! thanks

If I try to start a new setup I receive the following message:

"Adobe AIR could not be installed because another application is already being installed. Complete the first installation before proceeding with this one."

This is the messagge when I try to remove Adobe Air 1.0 from Control panel:

"Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install."

trying to run an application that uses adobe air but comes up with a message sayin the installation of this application is damaged, try re-installing or contact the publisher for assisatance...i dont know if the problem is with the application im trying to run or adobe air...the application seems to work for others

Hey Guys,

I am trying to downgrade to version 2.7.1 or earlier of Adobe Air (from 3.0) and I always get the error message:

"This version of Adobe Air cannot be installed because a more recent version is installed on your system"

After removing the app from Control Panel and deleting all relevant Adobe Air programs, I am still unable to install the 2.7.1 version. I attempted to remove all components of Air using

I got this from another Adobe's employee support post

The Microsoft cleanup Utility --- http://download.youneedabudget.com/microsoft/msicuu2.exe

No matter what, i can never downgrade.

I have a user who is experiencing the following issue - when he tries to run an AIR application, the license agreement shows (accept/decline), and then nothing (the app doesn't launch when you click accept).

This happens for all his AIR applications (not just the one we developed), he's tried uninstalling and reinstalling both AIR and the app. He's using windows 7

"Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\Matt\AppData\Local\Temp\AIR4654.tmp\Adobe AIR Installer.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"

I am trying to run the current version of Adobe Air from the Adobe website. Please help.

Dear Adobe. (yes, I am frustrated and angry)

I have been sitting in my hotel room in Rome for hours, trying to do the simplest of downloads, namely the Photoshop Elements 12.

Well, the download failed, of course, due to the session being divided into two periods of time.

But after two hours, the download assistant on my macbook air has locked itself in "unpacking", and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant.

Now it only sits there, giving me the message "unpacking - this may take som time". You are damn right it takes time. Nothing happens, and I am not able to restart the download, because the assistant, even though reinstalled, receives Adobe information that says it has to unpack. But the package is damaged, and there is nothing I can do.

So thank you, Adobe, for unabling my macbook Air to ever run Photoshop, how am I going to get through the photographic workshop here in Rome without Photoshop

You tell me, and please tell me fast. Because the only option is now buying a new computer

I am trying to reinstall a Bamboo tablet from Wacom because my computer had a virus issue, but the Bamboo Dock application won't install. An error box says:

If you have installed Bamboo Dock before, please make sure that it is properly removed from your Applications folder and from the Trash and try again.

Adobe AIR Installer: Installation failed.

I have Adobe CS5 Production Premium installed on my computer and Adobe AIR installed with that program. Would it mess with the creative suite if I uninstalled Adobe AIR to try to get the Bamboo Dock to work?

i bought a program called dr drum that works through air, but the version downloaded isn't good enough for drdrum to work. i take it that the main air page from adobe is for the latest version, 19, which is now on my computer, but so far no luck with the program, an error message appears and says that air isn't found. please help. email goldmanadam@yahoo.com

For whatever reason some apps that operate on Adobe Air won't install or update on my computer. I tried to open it today and it seem to hangup on Adobe Air. So I uninstalled Adobe Air and re-installed the latest version. I then downloaded the latest version of my app. When I installed Adobe Air everything seemed to go fine,.....when I tried to install my app the application install stated "(Not Responding)". See jpeg file.

I have gone through and cleaned cache and have run all virus and malware apps to clean things up but still have the same issue.

Any ideas?? I have never had a problem with this before.

I am trying to install Adobe AIR 18.0.0.199 by using the msi that I decompressed from the original .exe. I already tried removing the SHAREDADDINFOLDER or changing its value to C:/. However, those options did not work and I am still having the error: "Could not access network location (compute" when running the msi. Anyone knows what options should I try? Thank you!

Native Installer does not update the existing application

We packaged a native installer on windows and implemented a custom update mechanism (using http://code.google.com/p/nativeapplicationupdater/).

The problem is, when a new updated application installer runs, it does not seem to update an existing installed application.

It just runs the existing app without actually replacing it with the new copy.

If I first manually uninstall the exisintg app and launch the new installer, I do see that the installed application

is newer than the previous one (confirming that the new installer does include a new application version).

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Guys,

I'm getting the error trying to install Muse CC on Windows.

Using Adobe Cleaner Tool, as in other posts people recommend, doesn't help as Muse doesn't appear on the list of applications to remove (as it fails to install in the first place).

I think I know where the problem may be. I can't uninstall Adobe AIR and nothing works...

Trying to uninstall it through Control Panel doesn't work and neither does using Microsoft's FixIt tool...

Help needed.

It is not possible to install AdobeAIR, I get the message error : <Erreur, code d'erreur inconnu lors de l'installation de l'application "-24">.
The Version I got the last week didn't work also.
It seams that I am not the only French guy who has the same probleme ( on forums and comment on Google PlayStore).

Each test didn't work, each time I did à OS HARD initialisation ( all the data was lost)
* I updated all the software and tried to install AIR
* I didn't update any software and tried to install AIR from AppStore only. Samsung acout wans't activated and Google tied to install only AIR
* I installaed the AIR BETA 4

Test Configuration

My Hardware and Environment details:
Adobe version : 3.9.0.121 27 Nov
Android : 4.2.2
